Versatility
Storage Racks
Rather than dedicate substantial amounts of floor space to the aisles necessary to serve permanent rack systems, use portable Stack Racks to obtain maximum density of product storage. If your business has seasonal peaks and valleys, Stack Racks can be easily disassembled and stored within a very small "footprint", thereby recapturing valuable floor space for other activities.
Shipping Containers
These units, sometimes with slight modification, can be used as a shipping container. Advantages include saving on expensive cardboard boxes that can now be eliminated, increasing density in transit (freight savings) and collapsibility. Shipping containers are typically able to be knocked down and returned to the point of origin for reuse. These same units also provide maximum versatility as storage racks in your plant as well as in your customer's plant.

Powder Coat Finish. 100% of all production at Gateway Rack receives a tough, durable Powder Coat finish that is electro statically applied. Gateway's conveyorized line features quick color change capabilities and large portals throughout a multi-stage washer, powder application booths and bake ovens. This "environmentally friendly" paint line will accept parts 5' wide, 7' high and 20' long.
Modern Equipment. Modern equipment such as computerized sawing, computerized bending, and robotic welding all add to the efficiencies of low cost production. This modern equipment ensures that your specific requirements will be met and that any volume product can be shipped in accordance with your needs.
